Rental Requirements

Renters are required to leave their original e-KTP / Passport which is still valid as collateral during the rental period. Documents in photocopy form are not valid.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The renter is required to pay the rental fee in full upfront before the vehicle is used.
  2. The renter is required to pay the rental fee in full front before the vehicle is used.
  3. Orders require a minimum down payment (DP) of IDR 50,000. If an order is cancelled unilaterally, the down payment is non-refundable.
  4. The renter is fully responsible for any risks involving the vehicle while it is in their possession.
  5. Any form of vehicle modification or repair requires prior authorization from Transijen.
  6. The rental period may be extended for up to a maximum of 48 hours (2 × 24 hours) without re-documentation. If this duration is exceeded, the renter is required to enter into a new agreement.
  7. If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours after the end of the rental period without prior notice, Transijen reserves the right to repossess the vehicle and charge a repossession fee.
  8. It is strictly prohibited to pledge, use as collateral, transfer, or sublease the vehicle to a third party.
  9. The vehicle must not be used for unlawful acts or any illegal activities.
  10. Transijen is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or risk of accident sustained by the renter or any other party during the rental period.
  11. By proceeding with the rental, the renter declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms knowingly and without coercion.
